Síðasti áfanginn
Síðasti áfanginn means ‘the final stop’ when you are on a horse trip.
It’s very popular in Iceland to take the horses on trips in the highlands during the summer. A few riders are in the front of the herd, while others ride in the back, to make sure the loose horses follow the leading riders in the front. Often, we bring from 70 to over 100 horses on these trips.
