The Three Of Us is the name of this painting, color abstraction, bold and gestural brushstrokes.
Acrylic abstract painting of three horses, symbolizing a family of three.
This was my second attempt to make this commission. The first one was quite different and included landscape as well as horses and sheep.
It is now a work in progress, I plan to change it a little bit.
The funny part is, that I also made the third piece, a charcoal painting with three horses running towards the viewer. This one is also a work in progress.
All three paintings are the biggest I have painted so far, 120 x 100cm, and quite challenging.
