Two Of a Kind
60 x 80cm mixed media on canvas, charcoal, gel medium and acrylics. Textured and raw. I call it Two of a Kind.
This painting started with gel medium and some acrylic colors that were near it in my palette. This created some random texture and colors here and there on the canvas.
Once dry, I followed the patterns with charcoal and found those two horses.
I ended up painting the horses with oils. The front one is more worked on while the one in the back is more raw, and the background colors and charcoal visible.
