When one door closes, another opens. When one door closes. Commission painting of an old and worn barn door.
Great memory for the previous farmer.
Thick texture, the walls are mostly painted with an old credit card to get the feel of the old concrete. The door has many layers dry-brushed. The wreath and ornaments with a palette knife.
I think we have all experienced new opportunities after closing certain chapters in our lives.
During the pandemic, I started painting and have been developing my skills and loving the opportunity to be able to do what I love.
