Sunset in East Iceland
Inspired by a photograph by my aunt who lives in Hornafjörður, I painted this small landscape of the sunset in East Iceland.
The mountains in South-East and East Iceland are amazing. One of the most known one is Vestrahorn, then there is Brunnhorn, often called the Batman mountain due to it’s shape, and Eystrahorn.
This is mixed media with acrylics and oils, 20x50cm
