This Brazilian Beauty is a mixed media portrait.
Trying something completely new with this painting.
Drawn and shaded with charcoal, sprayed with the fixative, then painted in some places with acrylics. I used a lot of modeling paste to create texture, but this is painted over an old print.
I joined a course with Olga Furman, called Paint Your Heart and Soul 2021 where we get new tutors and assignments every week.
This is the first actual painting I did with the course with the tutor Pat Rios.
